I have been in my RP Home for 4 and a half years. I feel very comfortable saying that I believe (as a FAA licensed aircraft mechanic) I could build a better quality home out if wet cardboard. The materials used to build this house are of such poor quality they are below the minimum standard of the cheapest product offered at Lowe's and Home Depot. I have no idea where you get such substandard materials. Also, how much did they pay someone to pass the home inspection? Finishing detail work? Non-existent! No one cared about fit, finish, sanding before painting or any other detail a quality home would have. Now on to the scary issue: ELECTRICAL. I am very impressed this house has not burned to the ground. Breakers trip all the time. Close the garage the breaker in a non connected room trip

My husband and I recently bought a townhouse at the Bexley by RP Homes on McCallie Ave. The process was seamless. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and kind. Huge shoutout to Kenny Muhlack, our realtor who went above and beyond and has never tired of my nonstop myriad of questions. Jill Adkins was also wonderful to work with in keeping us informed at each step of the process. The construction appears to be top notch with special attention paid to upscale design and finishes. Great experience all around!

As a homeowner residing in this development, I am profoundly dissatisfied with RP Homes and the contractors responsible for the construction of my residence. Initially, the company made a promise of a luxurious living experience, which has unfortunately not been fulfilled. Upon closing on the home, RP Homes guarantees that any malfunctions will be rectified under a one-year warranty contract. However, they have consistently failed to honor these promises and have attempted to avoid repairs whenever possible. On multiple occasions, they have visited our home to address a problem and left it in a worse state than before or never finished the job. We loved working with RP to build our new home! Everyone was so friendly and responsive every step of the way! There were a few hiccups along the way but that is to be expected with any new construction and everything we brought to their attention was fixed to our liking. The inspection process was very smooth as well, a few minor things to correct but overall the inspector was impressed with the build! Would definitely work with RP again in the future!

It seems my last review has gone missing so I will renew it by just saying this. I repeatedly ask RP to make my home look like I spent my hard earned money on it. There is no situation upon buying a brand new home that I should be embarrassed to show it off. I should never have to explain why there’s gaps in flooring or mantels or cabinets. I should never have to explain that I know it’s a new house and the concrete in the driveway is cracked, but our builder says they don’t have to replace it. I should never have to explain away why things aren’t level. All these things are true. Feel free to look me up I will share any pictures and correspondence. I hope this review helps someone.
