Heather B. was very friendly and helpful answering all my questions. She was very knowledgeable about the area and schools. She set me up via email for a tour of a remodeled unit. They were nicely updated.

Heather and Property manager shonda was every bit of amazing my move in was awesome smooth and quick. Also communication was very very thorough I'm really happy and excited to have moved to this property.

I recently leased an apartment at Royal Point in Kingsland, GA, and my experience has been exceptional. Grace, the leasing agent, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative, making the process smooth and stress-free. The apartments are spacious, well-designed, and equipped with modern amenities. Special thanks to the rest of crew, Leo and Devon, for their prompt, efficient, and friendly service. The community is peaceful with impressive facilities like a swimming pool and fitness center. I highly recommend Royal Point for its stellar team and beautiful living spaces.

Heather and Grace was a breath of fresh air. They made what I thought to be a stressful situation into a smooth transition. I am so thankful they notified me of the June special. What that a blessing! Customer service is superior. Heather communicates very well and responded quickly to emails. Grace was personable and comedic as she walked me through my new lease agreement ensuring I understood clearly and there were no “gray areas”. They even offered me snacks and drinks.
