UPDATE My previous 5-star review was posted at the request of the rental office in exchange for a Wawa gift card. At that time, I shared only the positive surface experience. Unfortunately, the truth is very different. Royal Park Apartments will take you to court quickly for any late rent, but they completely drag their feet when it comes to fixing major issues. I made complaints for over a year about my apartment flooding when it rained. The problem was only addressed after I went to code enforcement. I’ve also dealt with a severe mice infestation and other poor maintenance decisions. For example, they installed an oversized bathroom countertop that broke. Instead of replacing it properly, they pulled an old countertop from another unit (complete with a cigarette burn) and tried to cha

At the time of posting this review, I have lived in this complex for over 4 years. The management office is always helpful when called upon, and the maintenance staff is constantly seen working on improvements. Despite being a few hundred yards from Route 13, it is a fairly quiet complex with a good shopping center within reasonable walking distance.

I have lived here for three years now and if I have any issues, they are addressed immediately, no waiting. It's a cozy little apartment, warm in the winter ❄️ and bright in the summer 🌞 with a well lit parking lot. Staff and maintenance are friendly.

I couldn't believe this apartment had a rating 3. Now I will send you some photos of the apartment where I live. Then decide whether you want to live in this apartment or not. While you're sleeping at night, someone might come and break your car window because they broke mine. Since there is no camera in the apartment, your cargo will constantly be stolen. You will have to live with pests and mice wandering around your house and the management will not do anything about it. I recommend you to think twice before renting a house in this apartment.
