Royal Communities

Parking at Woodcrest Apartment ( owned by Royal Communities ) is atrocious, horrible, and needs adjustment promptly. I spend $1000 a month for rent and yet my parking spot is taken almost every night ( even though the parking spot is marked with my apartment number). I frequently have to walk and carry my infant child and toddler amongst other things like groceries atleast 300 feet from the visitor parking area all the way to my apartment because people just completely disregard the assigned parking spots and some residents have 2-3-4 cars that they own in other people's designated spaces. My car has been severely keyed and damaged every time I've had to park down in "visitor" parking area. There wasn't any hot water running on weekend for the pass 3 days. Yet management sent a letter on 4/30/21 saying water would be off on 5/3/21 from 7a-5pm. Called the property manager no reply but yet they say that a repairman was on the property which was a blatant LIE. Property manager name is JOSH he's lacks respect and professionalism. All he does is lie and try to pass the blame for the fuked up way the property is being managed.
