Major slumlord! Doesn't like to maintain his properties and send out rinkydink repairmen then charge the tenant for what the rent should cover. Calls himself a man of God tuh there's hot place for him. He's a broke down money hungry POS that should have been swallowed. He's very unprofessional and tries to over talk as well as over charge tenants to fix up his slum property.

Nice place, we re-did the floors here, you need some insurance, or make an investment come talk to Mr. Cary, he will set you up!
