Roundtree Apartments

My experience with this apartment complex has been extremely bad, and I do not recommend it at all. The management’s attitude is very rude and unprofessional. During the summer, the A/C in my apartment broke down and it was not fixed for a long time. I went to the office more than seven times asking them to repair it. Every time, I only got promises with no action. In the end, they said they would send a specialist, but no one ever came. On top of that, their treatment was very disrespectful, as if we were asking for something that is not our right. Also during the summer, my car was badly scratched in the parking lot. When I went to the office, they told me, “Call the police, there’s nothing we can do.” I asked them to install cameras in the parking area, and their response was that it

Update*- So we've lived here a couple months now and the only reason we're still here is because of Brooke and Spencer, they're both amazing and why this place runs. However, we've had pretty constant issues since being here. The units and building are seriously outdated. So many things were broken, hadn't been properly cleaned before we moved in (like the carpet and bathroom), and the state of the building not maintained. We've had a major issue with bugs like never before and the neighbors have cleanliness issues. Some of these have been resolved because of Brooke and Spencer, and some of them not because it's an ownership issue. We will most likely not being renewing our lease and I hope McKinley does a better job for their residents by providing safe, clean, and well maintained propert

After my first weekend at Roundtree I made the right decision. I have looked at a few places in person and checked out so many online. It was not my first choice for location or layout, but Brooke showed off the complex with detail, a little history and sincerity. She helped me through the lease process and kept good communication. Now that I’ve moved in I enjoy my space, my 3 season room, the grounds with all the trees and I believe if I have any issues, I trust that Brooke will help resolve them.

I visit my family members once or twice a week at Roundtree. They’ve never expressed any significant complaints besides the normal stuff in apartment complex living. Recently in the last couple of months, it’s gotten pretty bad. In the evenings and on weekends it’s a totally different environment. I’ve witnessed random cars parking next to the nearby dumpster of their apartment and the random individual continues to unzip his pants and urinate on the ground by the dumper, showing his genitals. This has happened twice in 2 months. It’s disgusting and disrespectful to the residents. The grill usage, smoking on premises, parking lot loitering, excessively loud music past midnight, is now considered less problematic compared to the persons urinating in the parking lot in broad daylight. The best complex in the Ann Arbor and Ypsi area for those seeking a combination of high quality and affordability. Tops Spice Tree and the other McKinley options. Safe, nice fitness center, nice newly renovated pool, and kind community members. Most pet friendly spot in the area, as well. 40 minute bus ride into Ann Arbor, 40 minute drive to Detroit, 20 minute drive to Ann Arbor, and if you half the Ann Arbor times, you have your downtown Ypsi times. Very friendly terms for renewal, as well. All in all, I’m a huge fan. Courtney and Shmad are both very helpful in particular, and the maintenance team is probably the best I’ll ever live under.
