(Good options nearby) In building Laundry. upstair or downstair noise, you will feel upstair people walking. Even if you think you are quiet, You have to develop a habbit of being more quieter after evening. Commute: 0.4 miles away J2 bus stop that takes to Betheada metro. (Less than 3 miles) 1 no. Bus on walking distance, takes to silver spring downtown for market options and friendship heights metro station (amazon fresh nearby) So far loving my stay here ✅️

I recently moved into this apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful — very green, peaceful, and the perfect place to raise kids. The maintenance team is always quick and responsive, and the management overall is excellent. Special shout-out to the manager, Yasmine — kudos to her for her friendliness and wonderful customer service skills. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. I highly recommend this community!

The leasing office management team is excellent. Yasmine is very helpful and always responsive, and the new team member, Bini, is dedicated and works hard to ensure everything runs smoothly. The maintenance team also does an outstanding job. Highly recommended this place!

I’ve lived at Round Hill for 8 years and I can tell you it is the BEST place to live. The managing agents are wonderful, responsive and caring. The same for all of the maintenance staff. It truly is a hidden gem and I highly recommend it!!!

Best apartment with a fair price. No wasted money on unnecessary amenities. Neighbors are nice. Parking is safe and easy. Maintenance is very responsive. Great location. Quiet area, not too much traffic. lots of nearby parks. Good schools.
