I got treated horrible for 5 years being a tenant and got charged for maintenance and never had a key and had to move out in 7 days and now I'm homeless n disabled with my kids 😔..I wouldn't recommend that unless you have no other options because I had no voice or understanding after living there for 5years with a disability and kids rushed me out after my lease was up and not being resigned and wouldn't allow me to try and beg the owner said if I wasn't out id get a 3 day eviction now I'm homeless
