Rosedale Apartments

I was a tenant at Rosedale for over one year and had a great experience overall. Everything went smoothly from the application process to move-in and move-out. I was really sad to leave, but I had to move out of town. Katie is truly the one who keeps this place together. She has always been communicative, caring, and kind. I wasn’t able to visit the apartment in person before moving, but she went out of her way to share as much information as possible and made the process easy and stress-free. She was always checking up on me to make sure I was able to settle in well. I met Emma later on and she has been super sweet and quick to respond as well. Maintenance was always fast, and the amenities are great. I especially loved the hot tub in the winter and the new shops coming in at the front

My wife and I moved from Alexandria to Lynchburg 6 months ago---we looked at several properties before deciding on The Rosedale & are very happy with our choice. The Rosedale is centrally located, well maintained & a great complex in general. The leasing agent: Kelli & the managers: Stephanie, Katie and Emma have been extremely helpful. They worked with us to get our desired apartment & the few issues we have encountered have been addressed quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend the Rosedale!

I absolutely love living here. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Best of all is our property managers! Shout out to Katie & Emma. They keep this place running smoothly, are quick to get things resolved, and truly care about the residents. My dog is obsessed with them!

We just moved in to Rosedale Luxury Apartments and love it so far. The location is absolutely perfect - you are in the center of everything so whether heading downtown LYH, to the Mall, or to Forest is a breeze. The apartment is spacious, well kept and so quiet! And Emma was so accommodating, patient and kind to work with during the entire process. If you are moving to the area, definitely look at Rosedale Luxury Apartments.

I’ve had nothing but a fantastic experience! Their property manager has always been incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with super responsive and friendly every time. They’ve consistently gone above and beyond to be flexible and accommodating, meeting every request and question with speed, professionalism, and a great attitude.
