The complex is amazing. I've lived here for 3 years and have no complaints. The neighbors are great, and the management is responsive and helpful. Victoria has always been nice and friendly. Also the service guys are always willing to help and I’m glad to see that they’re always doing something around, like landscaping, cleaning, other improvements. What I appreciate about this place is that it's surrounded by trees and flowers, making it enjoyable to take walks, especially if you have a dog. All the necessary stores are nearby, so I didn't have to use my car for groceries or food takeout. I never had any issues with parking, even when friends visited. I’ve lived at this apartment complex for 3 years, and I can confidently say it’s been a wonderful experience. The leasing office staff are truly amazing, always friendly, helpful, and professional. A big shoutout to Victoria, she’s been especially kind and supportive throughout my time here. The maintenance team is just as incredible. Anytime I had an issue, they were at my door almost immediately, ready to fix it. The green areas and parking spaces are always spotless and well-maintained. One of my favorite parts of living here is hearing the birds singing throughout the day, it’s such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. When I first moved into my unit, the carpet and kitchen appliances were all brand new, which made settling in feel even more welcoming. The neighbors are nice and respect

Our experience with the leasing office has been nothing short of wonderful. Merary was extremely pleasant, easy to talk to, and kindly gave us a tour near the end of her day without hesitation—even though we walked in late. She highlighted so many great things about the complex and made the application process feel simple and stress-free. We’re so grateful to have been accepted and truly appreciate Victoria calling to update us on a maintenance request that ended up being delayed by a day, but was quickly taken care of by the team. Picking up our keys from Ashley was just as smooth, and we’re really looking forward to becoming part of this new community.

WARNING!!! For anyone with more than one car or have friends or family come over please avoid this apartment. I have been living here for about 5 years and I'm looking for a new place to live. They are currently doing a "landscape remodel" which started in around June 2018 and "should" be done around Oct 2018. The landscape company is very rude and disrespectful to residents living here. If you like the sound of heavy equipment in the morning then this is the apartment for you. If you like contractors having their meeting in the middle of the road while you are trying to leave in the morning than this apartment is for you. There is already NOT enough parking for current residents and you cannot pay extra for a covered assigned parking, but you have this landscape company taking up about 15

Rose pointe apartments has been mine and my daughter’s home for 3 years now. The lease staff is very attentive, friendly and caring. They make sure all commonly shared areas like the front office, community pool, gym, and laundry rooms are well cleaned and cared for. Victoria the lead manager from the office also goes above and beyond to ensure that the tenants of this complex actually feel like they are a part of a community. ❤️
