Rose Hill Apartments

My boyfriend & I lived here for 4 years; management/staff was super friendly & attentive, neighbors were quiet & cool, & the facilities were comfortable & reliable. The only reason we moved was for a job relocation, I would def recommend this place to a friend!

My daughter and I spent many happy years living at Rose Hill Apartments. The location is great, the maintenance guys are the best, the pool is lovely but most importantly, we felt safe.

The location is incredibly convenient—close to town, grocery stores, and all the essentials. The condos themselves are well-designed, spacious, and conveniently priced, making them a great value. The staff was always friendly and responsive, and any issues that came up were quickly addressed thanks to the reliable on-site maintenance team. I’d happily recommend living in one of their units to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

There are too many good things to say about Rose Hill Apartments. We have been living here for almost 2 years and the staff has been nothing short of amazing. Whenever there is an issue it is dealt with promptly. Love all the new appliances in the apartment as well. There’s always ample parking and it’s a very safe neighborhood.

I lived in Rose Hill Apartments for about 3 years and I loved living here. The location is amazing due to its proximity to all supermarkets and shopping centers. The rent price is super reasonable and amazing for a remodeled apartment unit where I lived in. During winters, the snow removal was done 24/7 and I never had to worry about getting my car out of the apartment complex to drive to work. Maintenance requests were attended within 24 hours and I never had any problem with anyone in management office, they were very approachable. They will go above and beyond to help you. I will highly recommend this place to my friends or anyone who wants to live in the West Chester area.
