Rosalynn Apts

There is def. Drug activity all day and night. Specially at night. Cars go in and out from 10pm to 5am like it was a quicktrip. People will walkin in and out with a crazy look in their faces, even white mouths and screaming by themselves like crazy at late hrs. It's terrible to even live around this place. The neighbours have complaint that their belongin gets stolen all the time from back and front porches. We had to spend about $300 in cameras. This have been going on for many years. Nobody does anything. Stay away from here. This place is awful.

These apartments have recently undergone a 3.3 million dollar renovation. I lived here for one year prior to that. I would rate the structure with a 5 star, the location with a 3 star, the amenities with a 4 star, the residents with a 2 star, and the staff with a 3 star. It is a small efficiency unit, built in kitchen and bath and a living area with small built in dinette table and closet. The apartments are two story with balcony. The transportation is not great and needs improvement. Marta is about three or four blocks walking distance with no sidewalk on Buford Hwy., but Chamblee has plans to include one. There isn't shopping close enough and is a very long walk along Buford Hwy. The apartments have a van that provides limited use and needs to increase access to places for residents. T

The absolute worst. I drove into the lot... an apartment complex parking lot with no gates or anything... just to put something in my GPS (lookin for close by spots with WiFi to get some work done). Older Caucasian man with a stank expression on his face knocks on my window “Can I help you?” And I literally smiled and said “Oh no I’m good, I just parked here to look for close by WiFi spots” and he says “You can’t park here. Sorry.” And walks away with same stank face and no kind of apology or anything. I can’t imagine how he is to residents there or how unfair it is for someone like that to be given the position to interact with anyone socially really. Hope his day gets better 😑.

i lived there for a year.good place to stay.friendly staff.

I wish that i had the same help now as i had there.
