Roosevelt Park Apartments

Brandi is the worst. Had amazing experiences with everyone else but Brandi will lie to your face. Lived there for 5 years and she’s the biggest problem with that place.

I’ve lived here for about 3years now. Moved in when I was homeless with my daughter and haven’t looked back since. This place is comfortable and big enough to support her as she grows and feel safe with my neighbors. It’s very much like living in a flower park. Each neighbor has beautiful flowerbeds and it’s quiet here. A small private space from the main part of Enid but just close enough to the stores in walking distance or schools. I’ve had no issues living here.

I have friends who live here so I can't really do more than give it 3 stars I'm going to add to my review. Giving 5 stars for this round. I currently reside in these apartments and I have found the staff very helpful and considerate. I am extremely pleased with my new home and it is pretty central to everywhere I go.

Nice apartments. It takes a long time for things to get fixed correctly I visited someone and a room was so full of mold I got sick.. Brandi Mgr is so rude and disrespectful to tenants knocking decorations off door and breaking them... she's great at telling u want she thinks u wanna hear but very unprofessional.

Property manager Brandi is very unprofessional. I’ve tried contacting her email and phone and has ignored me. I lived there from Jan 2020 to May 2021 ( although I payed rent until September) In July I submitted my 30 day notice I was moving and wouldn’t stay for the rest of my term. By rules I was suppose to pay Aug and September. She knew I no longer lived there . After being late with rent I stay in contact with her via email she told me I had 5 days to pay and asked for more time but she said no and so I told her I’d tried my best to pay . On the last day I was able to pay she told me no that she already sent my papers to eviction and I told her why and that I was pregnant in another state not being able to travel and go to court. She didn’t care. Court day came there was no money order
