Total lack of empathy and customer service. Multiple problems have not been addressed and fixed. Huge safety concerns matter not to them. They will give you the run around and lie to your face about getting back in touch with you. Stay away from doing business with them if possible! Nothing but a nightmare dealing with them and shortfalls of action.

A year strong so far with another year following up. Renewing our lease as renting with CBREnid has been great so far. Communication has went well, they have been empathetic and understanding to any situations that arose, and they are generally easy to work with. Tara has been fantastic as our Property manager.
