Tom has been my landlord for 2 separate properties, and now he was my realtor when we purchased a home. As a landlord, I’ve had nothing but good experiences and communication, repairs were done quickly, when needed. Andrew doesn’t actually own the rental property, but he did what was necessary as far as keeping the house in working order. As my realtor, even better. He was patient, and we appreciated the education and honesty throughout the process. He is well known in the community, and we trusted him with this large transaction. My 19 year old twin boys decided to buy their first house and we were lucky enough for Tom Andrew to be the agent listing it. He was very knowledgeable and actually sat down and explained everything to them. I know that most of the houses around here are selling above 150k but he sure treated them like there 25k house was just as important and definitely helped them thru the process with a better deal than we would have gotten on our own. They were very patient. I was helping my parents find a home in Enid Oklahoma and without question they showed us every home we wanted to see on our schedule worked very hard to put the paperwork through.
