We put in an for a family member a few months ago. Paid the $35. they asked for. Within a few days, we saw a for rent listing online. We have called many times. No one is ever there and I have stopped by many times. There seems to be no one working in the office, at Rooney Ridge apartments. Don’t waste your time or money on them. After putting in an application I was advised this was the worst place to rent from in Roanoke Rapids.
Have been calling for a week and no one ever answers the phone, and when you leave messages no one calls you back this is bad business all the way round
