River Towne Manor Apartments

My sister has lived here for 7-8 years now. Everyone is very friendly and she feels safe and secure. I love that residents meet up and sit on the porch or other places inside to play games, talk or just catch up. My husband and I enjoy the residents, too. The facility is well maintained and clean. The location is great! I am so happy to have her in such a great environment.

Checked into this place for a senior who income is 997.00 a month and was told bedroom [email protected],yet its a senior community 😳 and it takes over half they income for rent,then other necessities,talk about ROBBING THE POOR ELDERLY to make the RICH RICHER,RENT GOUGING IS OUTRAGEOUS IN THIS LIL TOWN.

My elderly mother lived eight years at this place in which has simply been a nightmare her entire tenure. No elderly person should face the agony, and backlash of conflicts that comes to having their family members come to visit. My mother also has grave illnesses which required at least one person to stay 24/7 with her until her condition improved. I am my mother's POA that got consent from RTM previous management in which the new management claimed that they won't aware of. When I reproduced records, and emails that I sent to their home office; I left their new local, and regional management without any excuses to (not renew lease aka evict) my mother because of a "Unauthorized" occupant. Well iv been here almost 10 years. We have a few managers come and go, but we have a manager now who is very respectful to all of us, looks out for us and she and our awesome maintenance man Mr. Anthony take wonderful care of our building in. Cynthia is the best manager and trustworthy one we have had for along time. She is great!!!!

My grandmother was recently evicted unfortunately . This was very unfair my family and I are just in disbelief . She has lived here for years and has never castles any problems . She has always been a very respectful woman , paying her rent o tons . All she wanted was to welcome her family to her home . Now I understand that there’s rules and regulations but to evict someone because of their family visit II g or his many times is just plain ridiculous . To leave off on a positive note I pray that my grandd feed mother recurves justice and that the apartment building show more grace and humility to their residence . Thank you
