Do not rent here, I applied for a 12-month lease with $1,000 monthly rent and was told a $2,000 security deposit was required. Under North Carolina law, the maximum security deposit for a fixed-term lease is 1.5 months’ rent. When I questioned this, I was told it was legal. Renters should be aware of NC security deposit laws and get everything in writing.

These two women who helped me and my wife find a place, Miss Brenda and I believe the other name Miss Rey or Red. The are great at what they do and they ,there customer service is great and I would do business with them ladies anytime. We are very very satisfied. THANK YOU Tyson and Racquel Terry
