Rolling Meadows Apartments

This is an older property, and it had many issues in the past. The current manager (Robin) has worked very hard to address those issues and she is absolutely a jewel beyond compare. Along with Nancy and Thomas, she has really turned the property around, and has worked very hard to address her personal attention to supporting her residents. Just be honest with her!

I have lived here for 4 years and I can honestly say at first it was a bad place to live but now it's getting so much better.the apartments are being remodeled and the grounds are alot cleaner and the management are really trying to keep this place safe and a nicer place to live I just want to say thank you to the ladies in the office and the maintenance guy we're making this a better place to live

Literally the worst place I've ever lived. And I've been homeless living in an abandoned shack before if that tells you anything. Cops called out constantly for fights, etc. Criminals walking around all hours of the night trying to sell dope, but can't even get maintenance to fix a porch light so I can see who is outside. They change maintenance and managers more often than I change my underwear. Had a sex offender living above my apartment for 8 months. Roaches no matter what I do and the "bug people" they use do nothing. Management kicked in my door and broke the chair I was using to keep it locked while I was in the apartment. I've been robbed twice and had my laundry stolen 3 times. I can't wait to move. If you have ANY other options, do not live here. I had no choice. Under a bridg

My girlfriend just got an apartment there. She loves it, I love it! All the appliances are new, and it's been totally remodeled. The floor is gorgeous. Super clean. The bedroom is large, and so is the living room. The kitchen is spotless. The place has a great laundry., and beautiful grounds. The walking trail is right there, and there's a waterfall very close. She has four closets in a one bedroom, two are in there, and one is a walk-in. Couldn't be better. Biggest apartment in Ada, as far as I know. I am so happy for her. You guys rock! The manager was extremely out of it when I met her. Very unprofessional and I actually heard her telling a maintenance man not to fix a residents door that had been kicked in and was not able to be locked. The week man told her how unsafe she was and still she didn't have any urge to want to address the problem.
