We were charged over $700 for the dishwasher and other extra amount for different stuffs after moving out. However, the house already had an old, used dishwasher when we moved in, and the kitchen cabinets and other areas were not in good condition. Despite that, we cleaned everything thoroughly and left the place looking much better than before. When we first moved in, the property was managed by Grey Real Estate, but later it was suddenly transferred to McGraw without any prior notice to us. We were not informed that a different company would take over management during contract sign. The house was already in an older condition when we moved in, but it seems the new management assumed everything had been brand new and charged us extra costs. They did not return our security deposit ($1500
