Emerald Pointe

Love living here! Never had any issues, besides my hot water heater stopped working (element went out) and I advised my landlord at 9am and it was fixed that day. Mary is really sweet! Maintenance guy was great. Apartments are roomy, master bedroom has a huge closet and bathroom. And all rooms have nice sized closets. I love the balcony closet for extra storage.

Everyone is loud, they throw trash on the ground, they stomp around, make alot of noise all night. The manager won't address the issues but has no problem sending out maintenance to harass someone that's visiting.

My friend lives here and it's a really nice spot! Large restrooms and extremely clean.

I moved a lady to the apartment.It is a nice place outside and inside was clean and has alot of room for things.

Clean, well kept, great management.
