Rolling Hills Apartments

Worst apartment experience ever. I moved in expecting a decent place to live and instead walked into a cockroach infestation. To make matters worse, management had me register my car, then changed towing companies and had my car towed. They refuse to take responsibility and show zero concern for residents. This place is unprofessional, stressful, and not worth the money.

I am very happy living in Rolling Hills apartments it’s clean, and the Management especially Gloria is the best and she is very helpful. Thank you Gloria I would like to thank Miguel Martinez from maintenance here for doing a wonderful job respecting our home by taking his shoes off gret worker thank you

I've been in rolling hills for years I mean over 15 year and when the new company took over I was very very nervous but I must say from the manager to the ladies who answered the phone they have been great to me an my family they have only been here 2 months and a lot of things have changed for the better they have even work with me when most people would have never I'm very pleased and looking forward to spending more years here with the new company.

I've lived in these apartments twice. Both times I was very pleased the grounds keep clean, the maintenance people quick to fix any repair needed. Office people so helpful. Suzi and Jenny are the best. Great people skills and that's what is required in that business. I also love how they had community events like games, movies back to school stuff too. I must say it was years ago but I would most definitely move back if I downsize to a bedroom. 💕 THIS PLACE

I've had a great experience at Rolling Hills! Susie, the property manager, is always super helpful and professional, and Jenny is equally amazing. They both make sure everything runs smoothly and are always there to assist with any questions or needs. Highly recommend!
