I love my home it a great community and the office is amazing and caring couldn't ask for a better place to live thank you to the office and Ms.Lida for all her hard work

I moved here January 2018. God Blessed me with this apartment. I haven't had any problems with my apartment at all. I'm a clean person so if you keep up your apartment, you won't have a lot of problems. Also everyone has been very respectful, when I pass them going to the mail box or office. My Grandbaby comes over, and enjoys the playground area. And last summer they remodeled our pool so we get to enjoy it Summer 2019. God Bless Everyone.

horrible place to live. the kids around here are vandals and thieves. littering, bang on my door, rip up my plant, and stole an amazon package from me. the parents just send their kids outside and don't watch them at all. Condition of the apartment is horrible. Washers and dryers don't work right at all. Dishwasher barely works. Oven turns on by itself. Neighbors are awful rude people. But somehow market rent is $900 for this place??? Yet not a single penny goes to upkeep this place. Why am I paying rent if you can't fix ay problems? Walls are covered in horrible patchups. Ceiling is sinking and can hear neighbors every single step. Water gets boiling hot. Appliances are ~15 years old and covered in dents. Sections of wall that if you sneeze on them it'd fall apart.

Absolutely love the two ladies in the office mrs.kim and mrs.lisa they always make me feel warm and welcomed when I come in. I have lived here for a few years now and I have enjoyed being here. Very kid oriented place. Oh and the monthly news letters they give out to the community is a pretty neat thing.they even do contests for holidays like the best door decorating contest. All in all this is a great place to live. Especially when you have two great souls in the office running it. Oh and I love the maintenance guys to. They work hard always and can fix just about anything also they are friendly couldn't ask for anyone better.
