They have had the same houses for rent for half a year, yet won’t rent to anyone with less favorable credit. Even with a co-signer. Even with impeccable rental history. I have a very, very sick child & the application fee could’ve gone to cover her medical costs. Go with centerpointe or Neil co, they’re much more reasonable with their screening process

I have been a renter/ client of Rogue for 2 &1/2 years .I’ve had great experience with Rogue Realwise Property Management . They are typically very responsive . Kylee is wonderful to work with and quickly responds to any questions or concerns The maintenance team is great hard workers and most of the time gets things taken care of in a timely manner .And rental prices are reasonably priced .

STAY AWAY! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!! Manager behind the desk is RUDE. We filled out the information to rent a property that we definitely should have been able to rent with no problem. She said our credit score came back at a 550 and we were not able to rent, my husband showed her his credit score showing from our report that we are above 650 and the comment was, "well, the decision has already been made". It was pretty clear it was actually bc we have Dr. prescribed service dogs. We just sold our home and had ample cash to move in, as well as monthly rents. We went to two other property management companies in town and both advised us not to work with Rogue as they have heard several complaints from clients coming through the door. I don't personally see this company lasting in this area long. It

Never go through Rogue Real Estate. We are currently renting a property from Rogue Real Estate, and I can say the manager is a true a**hole. He thinks everyone is lieing, he's made multiple false accusations saying that we have violated the rental agreement, when we never have broken any rule on that contract. The manager said he would evict us if we didn't admit to contract violation, so we had to put in our 30 days. This manager should not be a manager, it is a disgrace to this community. Im never ever supporting them again. I would highly recommend NOT go through this company, they will just screw you over. And the people at front Desk are no help either. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN will I think about going through them.

Pretty poor experience with Rogue Real Estate. The lady who sits behind the front desk was rude when we spoke on the phone and even more rude when we came stopped by the office to inquire about a property. It was apparent that we were being judged for looking young. Comments were made insinuating that we did not make enough money to pay for a house we wanted to look at and we were questioned when we explained that we did. This was all because we wanted to LOOK at a property. We hadn’t even filled out an application. When I asked for clarification on a policy, instead of answering, she just slid a paper across the counter and went back to work on the computer as if she was done talking with us. I am not sure if this individual is representative of the company as a whole, but she did not rep
