Rockwood Apartments I & II

I must say the apartment is very nice, cozy and beautiful. However, it could benefit from some modern remodeling to justify the price point. The amenities provided are limited, but satisfactory. The pool is a notable feature. Nevertheless, the $20 guest fee for every visit seems excessive. The gym, although compact, is functional. The play area is small and the volleyball court with sand is unimpressive. In my opinion, the management team requires improvement, with the exception of one staff member, a young African American woman, who consistently demonstrates professionalism and empathy. Unfortunately, the management team often fails to address concerns effectively. I anticipate a response suggesting that I contact the office directly, but I am hesitant to do so because it’s pointless. It

I submitted my application to this apartment complex over a week ago. They requested my personal social security number, my ID, all my banking details, and my payroll information, yet I have not received any communication regarding the status of my application. This situation serves as a constant reminder that this location seems to evaluate individuals based on race rather than qualifications and income. Many people I have referred to this complex for a suitable living arrangement have been overlooked and have not received any updates from the office. I have reached out to several staff members in that office seeking any updates on my application, but I have received no response. Even if my application was denied, I would appreciate knowing the outcome instead of being left in the dark. O

I moved my son into a new apartment at Rockwood last week and it was a great experience. Chelsie was absolutely fabulous. She explained everything we needed to know and do and it was seamless. Thank You Chelsie - we appreciate your help with everything!!!!!!

I have lived here for more than 3 years and I love the apartment, its management, and the maintenance crew. They did not increase my rents for 3 years which is unlike any other apartments in the area that my friends live in. Victoria, Robin, and Monica are easy to work with and the maintenance staff is very responsive. The apartments are very spacious and have a great view.!

I typically refrain from writing reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. Having resided here for six months, I can confidently state that I appreciate my location and find my apartment cozy. However, the thin walls and excessive noise from my upstairs neighbor, which often sounds like he is about to breach my ceiling, are sources of significant frustration and anxiety. A conversation with him proved futile, as he mentioned that the previous occupant of my unit had similar issues and would often bang on the ceiling. One would expect him to be more considerate by now. Furthermore, I have taken it upon myself to address minor issues, as I have little faith in the maintenance team's responsiveness. For instance, I experienced heating problems beginning on November 13, but despite
