Rockledge Villas Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The property is consistently well maintained, Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and communication is great.and it’s clear the landlord Mrs Marilyn really cares about keeping everything clean, safe, and running smoothly. Anytime I’ve needed help, Mrs Marilyn has always been quick to respond and take care of it for me. It’s a comfortable place to live, and I’m happy to call it home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed community.

I have been living here for 11 years now. The staff here is wonderful and they keep areas clean. I noticed that they act in a timely manner to fix issues very quickly! I am proud to live here. If you communicate with them they help you 💯 A very nice place to live . Very quiet and a safe environment! I recommend if you are looking for a permanent home or short term, you found a really great place!!!

Rockledge Villas Apartments is a beautifully quiet community with an all star staff. The property manager, Marilyn, is always accessible and gets solutions to problems almost immediately. The grounds crew and maintenance staff are top notch, always around and working diligently to make sure the complex looks and runs the way it does. 10/10

Have been living here about 7 years all has been great staff is great! Even helped me out when I was first moving in it's a great place to live and call home. Nice peaceful place to live. Great neighbors all around a great place see some negative reviews on here that just don't seem to make any sense everything has been great rent price has been good and still is not bad compared to other apartments in terrible areas thank you to everyone at rockledge villa you have all been great every way. Nice pool in the summer to cool down all together it's a nice apartment to live in. Seems like a lot of people like to lie on the reviews here like about it being 98 percent section 8 umm how do you know that? And what is making you think that... I hope it's not what I think it is absolutely a 5 star a

I live here in Rockledge villas everything runs nice and smoothly new renovations In the wash room nice quite area been here a while now and love it everything has been great nice apartment nice staff nice neighbors love everything about living here thank you guys for all you do at Rockledge villa apartments it has been great since we moved in years ago! Marilyn is great!!!
