A hidden gem in Rockledge Florida that is a quiet and excellent place to live with quality amenities. I love the unique Miami style vibe of the property and the no smoking policy on the premises. Michelle, in the office, is always helpful and available when you have any issues or questions pop up. The maintenance team of Howard, Tony and Edwin are quick to respond and friendly to work with if your unit has any repairs and they do a wonderful job of keeping the property very clean and looking nice.

Really appreciate maintenance always willing to fix any issues I’m having, they’re very quick. Howard specifically has been very helpful with maintenance issues I’ve had recently, very nice and willing to help! Michelle, the new manager, has been great at addressing any complaints we’ve had. 10/10 customer service! Also appreciate Tish who works at the front desk!! She’s been very helpful.

I love this place! We’ve been here for four years, and this is the best year so far. The management is really making an effort to improve the community. Howard is very nice, friendly, and approachable. He’s always ready to help whenever we need repairs or maintenance in our unit. Michelle the new manager is also very friendly and always willing to assist.

Rockledge Flats has been a great place to live. It’s clean, quiet, and really well taken care of. Any time I’ve needed help with something, the staff has been quick to respond. Big shout-out to Howard, the maintenance guy — he’s super friendly, always helpful, and really knows what he’s doing. You can tell he takes pride in his work and actually cares about the residents. Overall, just a solid place to call home with genuinely good people running it.

Since moving to Rockledge from Miami, I can truly say that being here is a true breath of fresh air, even here at Rockledge Flats! It’s nothing compared to when my husband and I lived (temporarily) in Charlotte, NC and back home in Miami. The staff here, Michele, Howard, Tony and the rest of the team have been nothing short of amazing! My husband and I have never experienced such a welcoming and friendly community, and that’s what you’ll get here at Rockledge Flats! To the leasing team, THANK YOU for always assisting us and answering any questions/concerns we may have. To the maintenance team, THANK YOU for always taking care of us!
