Rockingham Village Apartments

The place is a slum they raise the rent two hundred dollars every year and do no repairs Swimming Pool hasn't been open in over 6 years. Apartments have mice and they know and don't care. They lair and say they will take care of it. Don't be a day late with the rent cause they charge you a late fee Slum Lords

This has been one of the most poorly maintained buildings I have ever lived in… it seemed like it was going to be okay at first but the environment is not safe - murders and people swinging guns out the window as I’m walking my dog. And non stop pests of all kinds in the apartment where extermination seemed to do nothing for it at all. I could not wait to move out when the year ended.

Awful place to live there is junkies everywhere, car robberies and someone got MURDERED in the building next to me. There is a constant police and ems/fire presence and im still paying over 2000 a month. You can hear everything that is going on in the buildings because the walls are so paper thin. My friend in building 118 sent me a photo of a sign on the wall talking bout some “there have been multiple break ins please get a key”. Also to mention the halls smell like cigarettes, alcohol and weed.

From the moment I applied leading up to our move-in day, management has been very kind! Responded quickly to any questions and concerns I have had. They have made me feel very welcomed here. Communication has been above and beyond! I love my apartment. Clean, fresh flooring, and updated appliances. So far... I am very happy with my decision of choosing to reside at Rockingham Village.

I moved in here August 2024 and I pay my rent on time and bother no one. The situation all the way from December of this year has been a nightmare. The tenant moved in and has stomped ,dropped things and keeps me up all hours. Affecting my emotional state considerably, all reported to management. Audio of this was sent to management, response is she is section ,8. And you can move to another unit,no thankyou I have had to pack my belongs 3 times do to bedbugs infestation. And I am not moving into another unit and face the same problem. All incidents since moving in has been recorded, the police listened as well to the audios I have recorded since Dec. You can say owe we apologize all you want. But the truth is you could careless, instead while at the office to complain your dismissed like
