Governor Weare Apartments

I have to say from when we first stepped foot in the property to look at removing the existing decks and adding the new ones. Sydney and Nicole have really turned the property around making it more appealing everyday. Very kind and easy to work with.

I have been here for over 14 years and I love the improvements made in the past few years. Started from the new laundry room to entrances and now new decks. Maintenance has the halls vacuumed and clean weekly. If there are maintenance issues they respond quickly. The office management sends us updates on what's new or upcoming. I would recommend living here plus everything is within walking distance!!

Been here for over 10 years and have seen the apartments change quite a bit. The previous office staff and on site maintenance left a lot to be desired to say the least. I could list all the problems but I’d run out of space. Luckily, we have some lovely new folks running things and FINALLY they are people that give a damn and they are doing things the right way. Complaints about your apartment are getting taken care of in a reasonable amount of time, the laundry room has finally been updated, upgrades like new balconies… several good things. Now, nothing is perfect, and could the property have xyz amenities, sure but what Gov Weare looks like now vs even just a year or two ago has improved by leaps and bounds. I have been working with ownership for about 1.5 years making improvements on this apartment complex and I can confirm that they are committed to making the property great for the residents who live there. The residents are nice, the location is great, improvements are being made. I would not hesitate to live there. It's a nice place. Affordable too.

Moved in six months ago, apartment was ready on time. The maintenance and management staff are great. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these apartments.
