Rock Ridge Villas

Have lived here for three years. I don't have one complaint from Regional down to property manager! Our A/C has been down for 2-3 days, so for example just today Nancy L. and Dee (Our new wonderful)property manager brought down a window A/C and installed it themselves. I can not commend them anymore from Upper management to maintenance. They do a great job,friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend Rock Ridge Villas to anyone!! Our permanent home, just love it here so much.

Going on 8 years now here and still choose to stay longer. More power to you all in maintaining Rock Ridge clean, safe and beautiful. Thank you for all your help!

I have lived here since September 2019. It's a quiet and safe Apartment Complex. I'd like to thank my neighbors and staff here at Rock Ridge. Nancy's team goes above and beyond caring for Us here. Hardly ever see anyone move here. A few, but not many. I got lucky when I came here to Missouri. Hoping someday to move into a Villa. THANK YOU NANCY, for the work you put in shoveling snow. And other things. Lol DONT GIVE UP.. trying for an Apartment here. Honestly, it's hard to get one because We don't want to leave. Don't ever give up on me.. love ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Your Favorite Tenent, Tom

I've been here for a bit over a year and have gone threw 4 management teams. They look really nice but they are poorly built. Not insulated that well. We would fix them but we have to pay for the materials and then we can call to have them installed. Dishwasher broke and so I called everyday for a week and it's still not fixed. They keep saying they will get to it but don't. Maintenance man just walks into your house doesnt knock. I've had the leasing lady tell me things about other residents and the cops are here to arrest someone about once sometimes twice a week. They have cameras but they don't work so if someone breaks into your car like they have mine and a few others here then your out of luck. Also a good reason to not move here is mainly bc of the drugs. I would put up with eve

Maintenance doesn't fix things in a timely manner. Also management likes to tell other residents your personal information. Buildings were slapped together too quick therefore they were poorly built. I would rate less if I could. I wouldn't suggest this place to an enemy much less a friend. 105 colleen st rock ridge villas 2.
