Rock home inspections

We needed an inspection in a very timely fashion as we are selling our home. Mike went out of his way to fit us in his tight schedule. While here, not only did he complete a very thorough inspection but went above and beyond helping us out with and AC issue. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. I would highly recommend Mike's service for any needed home inspections.

Mike was very professional and was very thorough in his inspection of the single family home. He explained all of his concerns to both the home owner and myself as we worked our way throughout the entire house. He knew if issues were code, insurance or mortgage requirements. His report that followed included photos of problem areas and recommendations for remediation from DIY to hire a professional. I would certainly hire him again and would highly recommend him.

Mike did a great job for us. We were moving on from out of state and only saw the house in person once before making our offer. We sent a friend to be there during the inspection, and Mike went over everything with them. Then he ALSO called us and went over everything he saw or noted over the phone. He coordinated extra inspections and work we needed, like pest inspection. He handled our septic inspection and even started the process of getting the system pumped for us (which he figured out we didn't need). The report he generated was very thorough with lots of pictures and good explanations of what he noted and any recommendations he had. I hope not to move again any time soon, but I heartily recommend Rock Home Inspections if you are buying in Lycoming County.
