WARNING: 229 Quenshuckney road, Williamsport house rental with One Focus has a confirmed reoccurring moisture/ mold problem. Its a health hazard and serious issue when there's mold in the basement and behind your walls. Good thing I spoke with the previous tenants who confirmed that their clothes, furniture, belongings and health were damaged. Red flagged us to withdrawal our application. We almost signed a year lease. I brought this up to management and they were more concerned with getting a tenant in the property. The previous tenant moved out because of the mold. Management did not disclose this health threat one time. They have no problem adding a layer of paint and renting a water damaged mold infested property without remediation or fixing the root cause... Definitely beware of l

Recently moved into a place with One Focus and had a few broken window latches that needed replaced. Their Lead Technician Andrew came by today to replace them. He did a fantastic job. He works quickly and carefully. One of the windows was off the tracks and he fixed that too. He was wonderful. So glad we have a reliable kind maintenance staff.
