Rock Creek Apartments

Worst community I have ever lived in. The maintenance man will respond quickly but has no budget to really fix anything. If you need something replaced forget it. I had to postpone move in because they didn’t get the smoke smell out of the unit. They never did get the smell out. The smoke smell comes up through the cupboards. Every time the neighbor smoke weed my apartment stinks. The walls are paper thin. Management does not respond to complaints of barking dogs or neighbors pounding on walls so if you want quiet stay away. No one picks up after their dogs and there is dog poop everywhere. The common areas are not cleaned or maintained. The hallways are dirty and smell. I can’t implore you enough to spend an extra $100 a month and go somewhere else.

These apartments suck. My key fob for the gym, laundry room and community room areas never worked. Went to the office a couple of times to try and get it fixed and it was always well ill try to reset it or we ordered more they should be here soon. Never got one the entire year. Trying to get someone in the office was like pulling teeth, they never answered the phone, i left voicemails no one ever got back to me, or they just weren’t in the office when they say they would be. Theres dog poop all over the grounds and they do nothing to clean it and the entryways of the apartments are gross and full of bugs because the doors are always open. Lived at Rock Creek for a bit over a year now and it’s been nothing short of amazing. Management and maintenance is top notch and the overall environment and location is impeccable. Desirea has been the best landlord I’ve experienced in my years of renting and has been amazing with kids and tenants the same. I would recommend Rock Creek to any person I know

I moved to Rock Creek Apartments in August. Their price was fair and although the apartments are a little older, my apartment had new carpets and the maintenance team had done a great job painting it, so it looked brand new. The property manager, Desirea, has been really helpful from the beginning. The property is safe and it’s always clean. I’d highly recommend it.

If you’re looking for a place to live in the Billings area, stop in and talk to Desirea here at Rock creek. Complex is very well maintained, and Desirea is one of the most attentive property managers I’ve seen! Very helpful through the whole viewing process.
