She reached out to her on behalf of her clients regarding a visitor parking hang tag, and she was extremely professional and responsive throughout the process. She truly goes above and beyond to help and make things easy. Highly recommend working with her.

I first got to Stafford VA 13 months ago. This is a true story. My father had passed almost 2yrs ago. (Now 3). I came from Oahu HI, said to myself, now that my best friend is gone I’m going to be closer to my sisters and my mother. I was stationed in Pearl Harbor and after I finished my tour decided to stay there. I was looking for a place hopefully not too expensive. I found Mr Rochon and Nikki Bonacorsi. These guys were so legitimate in everything. They found me a super nice town house that if I could’ve afforded it, I would’ve bought it. Throughout these 12 months they showed me their respect and always very diligent to my needs. I just wanted to thank them for treating me always with kindness and respect and for making my first year here in Stafford VA an unforgettable one. May

I have worked with Rob for both buying and selling properties. As usual, I was super impressed on our most recent home purchase. We were expecting to have a long road ahead in finding our dream house at a fair price. However, he’s a master negotiator, and when we found the property we wanted, he worked to ensure our offer was accepted. In today’s market, it’s almost unheard of to get the first house you put an offer on, but Rob made it happen. (Just to add, the property has gone up in value $100k+ since we purchased a few months ago, so it was an excellent investment as well.)

Do not trust this realtor. Very dishonest. Cost me $3700 to do business with Rob Rochon Realty.
