I had the pleasure of living at Rochester Parkside for one year, and I can confidently say it was one of the best housing experiences I've had. The building is consistently clean, well-maintained, and secure you can tell that great care is taken to ensure residents feel comfortable every day. The neighborhood itself is calm and safe, with an ideal and strategic location. One of the highlights is the park just across the street, which features soccer fields, tennis and basketball courts, and even an outdoor fitness area perfect for anyone who enjoys an active lifestyle. I’ve been living at Rochester Parkside for quite some time, and while the building itself is nice and the location is fantastic, the noise from traffic on Veteran makes it tough to keep your windows open and enjoy the fresh air. I’d also recommend renting only on the top (third) floor. The building is older but has been remodeled, with laminate/wood floors in most units, which don’t do much to block sound. As a result, you can easily hear your neighbors—and their dogs—moving around. Management is friendly, but they don’t effectively address noise complaints. If the noise occurs after office hours, you’re pretty much out of luck. When I reported noise issues, they often dismissed them, telling me I was just "sensitive to noise" and that it was "normal apartment noise." It took 2 1/2 years b

I spent two years at Rochester Parkside and moved recently as I received housing through my profession that was substantially lower in cost. I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is very much pet friendly which is a huge plus for dog owners, and it is right next to a lovely dog park. Daniela is a wonderful manager and overall management was helpful, responsive, reliable, and friendly. Maintenance issues were always resolved quickly and they were able to work with me to make sure my pup felt comfortable. It is an older building so there were occasional issues, but they were always resolved quickly. It was also quiet. I would recommend this apartment.

Best building I've ever lived in. Well maintained, thoughtfully designed, and the staff is extremely friendly and highly responsive. Loved living here.

Very disturbed by the lack of security in this building. I have lived here for nearly a year now and have noticed for several months that the building front door is not secure. Frequently I find the lock not clasping properly or loose (as in when you take your key and attempt to unlock it the proper way, the entire lock would wiggle and clearly was not properly secure). I let it go assuming it was still able to do it's job or otherwise would have been replaced by management. Clearly that was not the case. I had a package delivered late last night (around 6:30pm) and it was stolen overnight at around 4:30am. Footage apparently showed random individuals barge their way through the door.
