Rochelle Place Apartments

Staff is amazing! The apartment is beautiful. Tina the manager is sooo helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the area.Katy is the assistant. Always with a smile on her face. So glad I moved here. Being from another state they made me feel right at home.

Office management is doing good. They are supportive and let you feel like you are livving in your own apartment. Apart from their great job in maintenace and service request, the environment and pool are great, clean and satisfying. I know they do their best, but the attitude of old woman in the office is not appropriate quite against Cathy who is kind and well attitude. sometimes I can see roaches and pest control guy comes here to do his job. I am living in first floor and this is the reason, and I am struggling with upper level neigbor which is disrespectful and bouncing up and down all the times and also slamimg the things. I feel like he is falling down to my bedroom, or maybe I am living beneath the ghost kitchen or a factory.

I've been living in these apartment for 5 months so far and while they are on the older side, I think they are probably the best place in the area for our current budget. The leasing agent and manager are nice and have responded to repairs/questions in a timely fashion. It's quiet and close to my job without downtown loft prices. The apartments have w/d hookups, a fireplace for winter, and a spacious patio for growing vegetables.

I've rented then moved and moved back. The location is great. The apartments are older but they are well maintained. Comfortable and spacious. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance issues are resolved quickly. There are no issues with police activity or loitering in parking lots which makes for a safe environment. The complex is pet friendly. All wood floors if you have pets. The office staff are very helpful kind and courteous. Tina and Katy are amazing. I can't say enough about the complex. It's home to us and we feel safe and comfortable here. The rent is reasonable and your online portal to pay your rent is quick and easy. Come summer the pool opens which is kept clean and if you llike to bbq there r BBQ pits and benches near the tennis court with shady trees to sit under

The current management is really helpful, really kind, and really on top of renovations. These apartments have been around for a while, but at these great prices and with a staff and community like this, I am 1000% ok with waiting through a few updates every now and then. It's also very good that they kids who live here all know each other and play soccer together in the courtyard-- it helps bring the community together. My dogs always have a little audience of kids to pet them when we go for a walk, haha! I've lived here for going on 3 years, and I plan to stay for as long as I am in the area. I definitely recommend Rochelle Place.
