Ronnie Roberts. I have rented from him for 1.5 years. We had a problem with the water heater when we moved in. 2 calls it was replaced. 8 months later garage door cable exploded under pressure from springs. 1 call it was replaced. 3 months ago I was apprehensive about covid-19. Called Ronnie asked if I could tear up 400 sq ft of the lawn in the back for a garden. I assured him I would leave the lawn in similar shape may take a year to regrow. He had no problem with it. Last month he called me on the 7th rent was due on the first and it was the 7th. I paid next day. Never mentioned late payment or anything. Ronnie is a man you want I rent from. He represents the renter just as much as the land lord. He is a mediator who makes money by facilitating a contract bet

Our experience was pretty straight forward. The lease was signed and both parties upheld their end of the agreement.... and our deposit was returned. No issues, no stress, no hassle. We cleaned the house when we were done with it and did some touch up painting. There was never a moment of unprofessionalism, rudeness etc. We always paid the rent early and were in the house two years. We were treated well. We have no complaints.

Ronnie guided us through the process of renting a home with a critical eye, endless patience, and solid advice. He was a strong advocate on our behalf and was extremely helpful when we ran into trouble. For these reasons I will always say use Roberts Reality. They are by far the best in the area.

I have bought and sold my last two houses through Roberts Realty. My last house sold within two weeks of the listing, and the closing could not have been any smoother. I got the exact price I wanted and could not have been any happier with my experience. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great job!

Just moved out from under them thank god. Foundation leaked and ruined our furniture and he said it was our fault because the gutters were not clean.... power bill went from $100 a month to over $600!!! when the heat needs to be used and he said its cause the house has windows.... power company sent us a chart and that is over double the average for much bigger houses in our area and it was just two adults there. Also no matter the setting the house was never warm. Toilet would fall over if you leaned to wipe and he said it's cause my 95 pound wife was rough on it.... Pipe busted behind the sink ruining even more furniture and guess why that was our fault???? Because the gutters needed cleaned... (a leak in the middle of the house not near a wall even) So now I'm trying to get the deposit
