Just wanted to say I’m so grateful for Mr. Phillip the maintenance man!! We moved into this rental home a couple of months ago and anytime we’ve had an issue, Phillip came and took care of it immediately! He’s very knowledgeable, professional, and kind! He definitely deserves a raise and some recognition!! Thank you Mr. Phillip!

I want to give a big thank you to Richard from RMA for the excellent job he did today. He cleaned out my vents, replaced the fan in the restroom, and made sure to clean up as he went. He was very nice, sweet, and kind throughout the entire visit. He was professional and did an awesome job. I truly appreciate his hard work!

I lived there for two years and had a great experience. Maintenance requests were always handled immediately, and everything was completed efficiently. Melanie is amazing — she was always available to answer calls and emails, especially for urgent needs. It’s clear that the team truly cares about getting things done and making sure tenants are comfortable and happy. If you’re looking for a place where management is responsive and makes you want to stay long-term, RMA is it.

Jared really stepped up to help me when I needed it regarding a couple of properties in Griffin. Professionalism at every turn! He completely managed the situation knew exactly knew what to do and when. I highly recommend RMA Property Management!
