Riviera Apartments

We absolutely love living at the Riviera Apartments in China Spring, Texas! As a single parent with three children, finding a place that feels like home is so important, and this community has exceeded all our expectations. The apartments are extremely clean and very spacious, with amenities that are simply amazing. The pool is beautiful, the fitness room is well-equipped, and the laundry mat is always clean and convenient. The grounds are immaculate, and the community is close-knit—my children have made so many friends, and I have too! The office staff is incredible and always quick to handle any maintenance requests. Maintenance was phenomenal. I had moved in a week prior to planning. So they had short notice to get things taken care of .. but they showed up same day I mentioned it to The property management and got everything fixed that they didn't have to order a part for. They were quick. In and out in no time flat. Great people. Friendly and great management and maintenance!!!!!! Just wish the pool was still open. Im a Yankee and 80/90 is still swimming weather for me.... always quitk to repair anything needed.

Been at the Riviera Apartments for a little over 4 years now & we love it.! It’s a very safe and quiet area. The ladies in the lobby are helpful and the maintenance crew has always responded quickly to the requests I’ve put in.

I’ve lived here for over 2 years and the staff is great, they are quick to fix issues and the office staff is always courteous. The grounds are kept very clean! The complex has a pool that’s very nice and a dog park with additional areas that have waste baskets available for animal owners. I definitely recommend the Riviera!

I am overall satisfied but there is one issue that hasn’t been addressed. The down spout on my building is blocked causing water to run over the edge. This was first reported in 2019 shortly after I moved in and has still not been addressed. The horizontal sections have been cleaned but the verticals have not and that’s where the problem is.
