Riverwood Village Apartments

I live there and its a pretty good place i mean there is drama fun and events and the apartments look really good.

They're pretty decent, especially for a income-based complex.

Lived here for 10 years. I has its ups and downs. But what happened last night with the new consultant leasing agent (TC)... getting in the middle of a fight. Letting the attacker hide in her apartment. Then help the attacker by pushing on someone she should have never touched. Not to mention go and pick up the attacker and help him run from the police. Many witnesses. And a camera.... nothing was done and she still has her job how??

My son just moved in in March of 2022. He is in a wheelchair and he loved the place. Really nice playground for kids. Video surveillance, smoke detectors and had clean grounds. Ample parking. But what happened? Poor management since the people who were working there when he moved in. Roaches took over. No managerial oversight, poor grounds management, ineffective communication. No one should have yo live this way.
