Riverwood Heights Apartments

I love living here. My daughter is 4 and already made friends with the neighborhood kids. There is a playground the kids can play at. The pools are great. My daughter even had a pool party for her 4th birthday. Emily is great. She has helped me even when I was going through a dv. Maintenance is always quick to get things done and very respectful. Great place to stay. Thank you Emily so much for everything you have done for me and my baby. We appreciate you. 🥰

The staff has been amazing through my whole move in process. I’ve also had 2 maintenance jobs completed, and they even had me look at the work they did to make sure I was happy with it. Then they followed up with text making sure I was happy with the repairs. Love that!

Management sucks , they love to do inspections will fabricate lies excuses to do come in to apartment, they threaten with eviction if anyone comes to visit loner than a few days, and if something breaks don’t hold your breath for maintenance, they will repeatedly act like they will put in a maintenance call give you a motto be at your apartment from 9am to 5pm and never show. They did this to us multiple times.?then after being reported a dozen times finally replaced our fridge that had bee broke for months and was growing molding the drain pan contaminating the whole apartment with toxic mold, after all this we find out from the neighbors across the way this same fridge has been their broken fridge that was moved out right before we moved in and put into our apartment we do not recommend

Thank you all for everything you did for me when I lived there. That was my home with my doggo before I lost her and boy was it such beautiful memories. The maintenance team always helped me when I needed it. My favorites were the amazing ladies in the office and the manager. They always made me feel welcome and I will miss them so much! Thank you for always making me smile.

Ive lived here for 4 years and i was towed infront of my own apartment, U cant park anywhere without the fear of being towed, the apartments are complete trash, things barely work, dust builds up everywhere and I mean everywhere. neighbors are noisy and loud, and u are definetly over paying for waht u get. Ive had gas funnled out of my own car here. kids leave trash everywhere that never gets picked up aswell, horrible place to live and way to expensive.
