They deleted my review for their Cedar Mill neighborhood and then disabled the the ability to leave reviews because they know they compromised the quality of their homes. The house I purchased has had nothing but issues, many were caught in the initial walkthrough but were ignored and when closing day came I was told I would need to file warranty claims to fix what they didn’t fix. Little did I know warranty claims are like pulling teeth. So they will probably delete this review and disabled the ability to comment…it’s ok because it shows they are guilty.
