Update: now, without any contact to me at all, they have wasted my money with a denied application. This property is a JOKE I have called multiple times a day for nearly a week, sent multiple contact requests to tour and still haven’t heard a peep. I just want to look at an apartment but the lack of communication and ability to get ahold of someone makes me so nervous.

5 years later, come back to find my review was taken off. Hm..Dont live here anymore BUT went to visit a friend the other day, and it's the same as I left it - probably worse. Mold is literally everywhere, and they cover it with latex paint...I'd recommend living under the Centennial Bridge for free than here. Also, We lived in 3 different apartments here, as soon as we moved out, my son no longer needed breathing treatments.

Lovely spacious apartment. But for all you newcomers, apartment 103 floods. Literally when it rains outside it will rain in the apartment. The manager and maintenance guy told me to move my furniture away from the window and just put a bucket down. I have videos and pictures for anyone. when I broke my lease, they tried to sue me. Do NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Was looking to relocate to the area but they are almost impossible to get ahold of, I had to call the main office multiple times to get anything going at all. Poor communication and cancelled my application after I jumped though multiple hoops and 4+ hour drives to the area. Unprofessional.
