Riverwalk Apartments

I lived at Riverwalk back in 2000-2002 when they were relatively new. I an upstairs a one bedroom unit and absolutely loved my apartments. For me, it was the vaulted ceilings and skylights that I like the best. The apartment was perfect for me. The only thing I did not like about the unit itself was that the bathroom vanity was in the bedroom. For me, that was convenient. But when guests would visit, that meant if they used the bathroom, they had to be in my bedroom to wash their hands...kinda weird. I didn't entertain very often so I was OK with it. Back when I lived there, the office staff was RUDE and that is being nice about it. They acted like they were doing me such a favor just to do their job. It's my understanding management has changed. Anything is an improvement on that regard!!

I've been living at Riverwalk for almost 7 years. I absolutely love my apartment and I've enjoyed my time here. The apartments are spacious and fairly priced, which is difficult in this county anymore. I have so much respect for the owners for not gauging. While I understand the negativity of the past concerning the staff, it hasn't been like that in a while. They have new management and the staff is wonderful. I make a priority to chat with them because they're good people. They don't tolerate a tenant being a nuisance and causing problems to the other tenants simply for living in their apartment. Every time I've needed a maintenance request, it has been prompt and they're always super friendly. They keep the property maintained and peaceful. Honestly, you couldn't ask for a better place

Living condition and value are good. Maintenance staff are friendly and professional. The staff at the main office are the most rude people I have ever dealt with . Almost 5 years renting from them , never once late on a payment and was talked to like a second class person. I have not and will never recommend these properties to anyone. I feel so fortunate the property I rent was sold to someone decent .

I lived here for 14 months and never had any problems from the staff. I had an issue with my window and they fixed it the same day. When I moved out, they refunded me my full deposit. My daughter loved living here also.

I have lived at Riverwalk for 7 years. While I can see the negative posts in the past, please know that new management took over about a year or so ago and are COMPLETELY different. Things have progressed into the better difference.
