We were one of Tod's first tenants in 2013. When we relocated to Miles City for work and were living for a couple weeks in a hotel, he allowed us to move in early. The apartment was immaculate. A lot of pride was taken into the construction of the place. Having three daughters when moving out, Mr. Steadman wrote us a check for our full deposit. All around good and happy experience with Riverview and Mr. Steadman.
Would be perfect if the train tracks weren't so close. But you get used to it.
