DO NOT GET YOUR APPRAISAL DONE BY THIS COMPANY!! After contacting an attorney, come to find out, this company is a repeat offender. If you are a lender looking for an appraiser, look elsewhere. They will have a contracted date and will exceed it by 3-4 months. They over promise, and under deliver by a landslide. I am a GM of a small cooperative and had done business with a lot of vendors, contractors, etc. but this company is terrible to work with. I wish we would have read a review like this before working with them.
