Highly recommend you do not utilize these agents to represent you. If you are looking for land to purchase or a small house then you're just wasting their time. The commission on the sale is not enough for them to do the work for you. You will constantly have to call them and stay in contact in order to find out any information. Liz was very unprofessional and wouldn't return calls when she said she would. The owner and operator of the business was the same way. You better be looking for something over $300,000 or you'll be wasting their time and it will show on how they treat you.. there are four other Realtors in Miles City and I recommend you utilize one of them like I am right now.
