Riverview Apartments

My BFF has lived here for many years close to a decade it was ran much better in the earlier years was cleaner, better maintenance etc. Overall it's a good place for her to live the only BIG PROBLEM I have as a frequent visitor is the parking there is roughly 7 parking spots for visitors with a 3 hour limit but NO OVERNIGHT SPOTS and when I visit which is often all the visitor parking is taken by RESIDENTS THAT HAVE A SPACE TO PARK IN and if they don't they are free to get. They will give you parking tickets and even tow & impound your vehicle. If your not VISITING STAY OUT THE VISITOR SPOTS SO WE CAN HAVE A SAFE PLACE TO PARK that is all!!!!

I lived in a building on the east side on Franklin place where to a year for a manager to fix a leaking sink at least here it takes only a couple hours or a day I think the lady who put that one comment on is it just rental tenant thank you.

Apartments are very small.
