I absolutely love living here. The office ladies Kaylen and Madison are genuinely some of the kindest people i’ve encountered. Any maintenance i’ve requested has been done so quickly. Kerry and his partner are always so kind and respectful of my home. I have never had an issue with communication from the office and they are quick to respond as well. I would highly recommend riverset apartments!!! My sweet fur babies also love it here :)))

Why Riverset Apartments Is the Worst Place to Live in Chattanooga Living at Riverset Apartments was the worst experiences I’ve ever had as a renter. The property was unsafe and unlivable, and management repeatedly failed to address serious issues: Security: My car was broken into three times in the parking lot before gates were finally installed. There was even an attempted break-in at my apartment while my daughter was home. Elevator Outages: The elevator was out of service so often that I had to carry my at the time 19 year old daughter—who suffers from seizures—up and down the stairs, injuring my back in the process. Air Quality: My unit was constantly filled with marijuana smoke from a downstairs neighbor, making it impossible to provide my teenage daughter with a healthy, safe hom

I regret ever choosing to live at Riverset. The entire experience has been horrendous, particularly due to the ongoing HVAC issues that management refuses to address. First off, the HVAC system in my unit was consistently faulty from the moment I moved in. It would either blow hot air when it was supposed to be cooling or just stop working altogether. Despite numerous complaints and maintenance requests, the issue was never fully fixed. They’d send someone to “check it out,” but the problem would persist, and my family was left sweltering in the summer heat or freezing in the winter nights. If you are new to Chattanooga or have lived here all your life and looking for a Great Place to live! You must come check out Riverset Apartments! Every room has a great view, access to over 30 great restaurant's and bars! Don't get me started on the staff! I travel a lot for work and have lived in many different cities, towns and no staff is better than the one here at Riverset! They were so friendly and more important to me very helpful. Wish I could give 10 Stars!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. My experience with Riverset has been incredibly frustrating, but the final straw was when the gate they installed caused damage to my vehicle. The complex recently upgraded the gate system, but it was a complete disaster. The new gate frequently malfunctioned, and on one occasion, while I was exiting the property, the gate malfunctioned and closed on my car. It caused significant damage to the front and side of my vehicle, and when I reported it to management, they were completely unhelpful. They acted like it wasn’t their problem and refused to take responsibility for the faulty gate and the damage it caused. What’s even worse is that the gate had been malfunctioning for weeks before this incident, and management never bothered to fix it. M
