So far the process of application was pretty quick but I just want to say I love that the apartments are very clean and it's very family friendly and they are willing and wanting to help other families, the people in the office start off being sweetbuntil.they know they cant approve you or if its to much work they will ignore your calls and turn you away.... Edit*** So The process was made to seem like it was going to be quick but its really not they wants all y I yr business tons of paper work and they were not on the same with alot of what they told us at the time. And to be honest wasted hours of my time because they asked for paperwork and than said they couldn't use some of the paperwork that they asked for...anyway its hard to get in but once your in you will have to do the process a

Management is so horrible out here! They try to pick with you to get you to react so they can kick you out! We haven’t had good management since 2018 ! They lie to try to get you kicked out! They hate when you mind your business, that’s when they bother you the most! They never fix anything and always coming into people apartments without permission! They have mold! This new management is messy and unprofessional and need to go! Sick of y’all ‼️

This place is absolutely horrible. Management is terrible. They lose paperwork, never stay on top of emergency matters, takes forever for anything to be fixed. They never return your phone calls, email, and never reply to anything submitted. They enter your apartment without permission and leave doors unlocked and lights left on. Extremely rude and difficult to converse with. I have never had an experience like this before. They have been reported, but just warning anyone out there that is considering on moving there.

Tell me why I just got The phone with these people even though I left a voicemail yesterday for them to call me back so they’re obviously lazy., they’re telling me that the rent for a two bedroom is $975 like girl …. Be fr these Ranky dank apartments is most definitely not worth that much … I already have a set up with another apartment complex out here I was just trying to find a cheaper 2 bed room ! Is not a great place to stay. Property just let people as they call them vendors enter into your apartment without being invited in. I never had apriblem until now. Before yes they gave notice. 5 years never a problem. This time no notice. Its a stranger entering your apartment is just the same as a break in. And after they was told im probably sleep. Still you know im home wait until you a wake me so i can open the door. Why enter knowing that im sleep
